The Hill Country Boucherie
Home Place gets classy about one night a year and well folks, this is it. We're bringing in some incredible chefs and friends to use every part of the animal for a true southern boucherie. To follow there will be a Hill Country Blues Picnic over at Home Place head quarters, so get ready to dance!
