6:01 AM A Working Class Opera
A poignant commentary on the struggles of the working poor, 6:01AM serves to provide an outlet and focal point for the conversation we could be having about class warfare and effects of the ebb and flow of the global economy.
The debut production at Reno's newest community theater, Allie's Alley in association with the Circle of Life Hospice Foundation and Reno Art Works.
Written by Richie Panelli, PAN* Pantoja and Sam O'Brien.
Directed by PAN* Pantoja.
6:01 AM A Working Class Opera's original run was Reno's first Hip Hop Opera event brought to you by PAN* Pantoja, Richie "Apprentice" Panelli, Rainshadow, Spoken Views, Holland Project, Sierra Arts and Reno's hip hop and spoken word community in May 2009 at the Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts.
