Angus Munro -
A Piano singer songwriter with a multi-faceted 4-octave vocal range that can break glass. Coupled with a songwriting style that has unlikely bedfellows in comparisons to Jeff Buckley and Cole Porter.
One that's used whilst flipping piano stools and mic stands in his dynamic live stage shows.
Supporting such bands as Scouting For Girls, The Hoosiers and Postmodern Jukebox, Angus Munro's newest EP Mirror Man takes the dizzying highs of piano-pop to the next level with some of the most intricately composed songs in the current Scottish music scene today.
"Mesmerising" - The Skinny
"A voice like you wouldn't believe...I don't know how big his range is but it's bonkers." - The National
Andy Lucas -
Andy Lucas is a pianist and singer from UK. He has released his first album, 'Weekend Millionaire' full of wit-laden songs, self-depreciating humour and melancholic charm. His lyrics rummage around through the turmoil of love, loss, despair, elation, falseness, achievement, envy, revenge, regret and what-ifs. The songs are smart, catchy and intriguing, the type of music that makes you listen with a wry smile.
"...an album that is garnering deserved comparisons with the like of Randy Newman, Elton John and Ben Folds" - Daily Record
This is a record that deserves your attention for so many reasons. It's clever, witty, dark and mysterious but most of all it's good. Very good. One of the finest debut albums I've heard in a long, long time. - The Music Critic
'er-van-o-vitch' - are a seven-piece variety bucket of strings, synths, vocals, percussion and other noises. Catchy pop with a mixture of sweet and harsh sounds and intertwined vocals.
"Top Scottish Albums 2015" - The Herald
"Essential Scottish Albums 2015" - The Gaudie
