Rendezvous: Meeting New Play Partners- Pan Sexual Play Party
Thanks to everyone for their interest in the exciting new Looking Glass event, Rendezvous! While this event is open only to those who seek new play mates, poly couples and triads are welcome as are people of all gender identities, fetish interests and sexual orientations.
This event is designed to be casual and happens earlier in the evening from 7:30p.m. to 11:30p.m. There will be no dress code enforced other than being discreetly dressed while on the street. An "ice breaker" to help facilitate introductions will begin at 7:30 so come early to participate. It will run as follows:
After folks are greeted at the door, they will go to a designated table and pick out a red or blue name tag. Red is an indicator that you are Dominant, blue that you identify as submissive. If you're a switch grab one of each!
On the tag, with a marker that is provided, people will write their real name, scene name or fetlife handle. At the participant's discretion, they can also choose to include their sexual orientation, whether they are poly or mono, some activity they really enjoy and/or any personal information they feel is important to share up front.
A bowl with 3 denominations of Monopoly money (yes that's right Monopoly money) will also be on the table. After securing their name tag, everyone will randomly pick one of those play bills from the bowl; it doesn't matter which one. A fabric will be placed over the bowl so the viewer is unable to see which denomination is picked.
At 8:00- 8:15 an announcement will be made for everyone holding a $1 bill to circle up in a designated area for introductions. Afterwards the same announcement will go out for all those holding a $5 and so on with those holding a $10. All 3 introductory circles will take place in separate areas around the play space. People will then go around the circle one at a time and share a little about themselves with the group, keeping it brief. This process should only take around 15 min depending on how many people attend this event.
Afterwards everyone will put their bills back in the bowl. The denominations will get mixed and people will draw again. It doesn't matter if you pick the same number since this is a random process. The circle formations will happen a total of 3 separate times. This should allow for many people to meet in different, small circles each time. The whole process should take around 45 min to an hour. This will also allow for late comers to join at least one or two groups for an introduction. Afterwards, people can simply mingle and/or play on our well equipped and well appointed dungeon equipment.
We encourage you to come with an open mind, a friendly demeanor and a respectful attitude. We know you'll have a blast meeting other folks in the community. What better way to spend a Sunday evening?
