This is the ticket site for acquiring your complimentary tickets to HAiR and may only be used by people with the correct ticket codes.
In order to reserve your complimentary tickets, enter one of your complimentary ticket codes (you should have received these in an email) and reserve the ticket. Please indicate the name of the person who will be picking up the ticket (this can NOT be changed so please make sure you know who will pick up the ticket).
You will be asked to select the date of the performance for each complimentary ticket. You MUST answer this question.
As a reminder, here are the complimentary ticket policies for HAiR:
- Two (2) complimentary tickets may be used at any scheduled performance during the first two weeks of the run (i.e., August 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12 or 13). Two (2) additional complimentary tickets may be used at any scheduled performance during the first week of the run (i.e., August 4, 5 or 6).
- Complimentary tickets are Regular Seating only (rows 13-20 Center or any row Sides). Sections will be assigned. Complimentary tickets may not be reserved in the Premium section (rows 1-12 Center).
- Complimentary tickets must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance of the performance.
- Complimentary tickets must be picked up at Will Call no more than 1/2 hour prior to curtain for the performance (7:30 PM or 2:30 PM depending on the performance). Complimentary tickets which are reserved and not picked up on time may be released at that time for sale to the public. We will hold the tickets until curtain IF there are sufficient seats remaining, but in the event of a sellout, these tickets are subject to immediate resale.
- You may not hold seats for guests using complimentary tickets. Please advise your guests to arrive early in order to get the best Regular seating.
- If there are seats available in the Premium section on the day of the performance, your complimentary tickets may be upgraded to the Premium section at the sole discretion of the company and the house manager. When this is done, it will be random. We can not honor special requests for upgraded seating (except in the case of disabilities).
- Complimentary tickets must be reserved using the http://haircomps.bpt.me event site. You will be sent four complimentary ticket codes by email which are unique to you. Each ticket must be reserved separately using one of the codes. Once used, each code is invalidated for further use.
- You must include a name for each ticket. You may use the same name on more than one ticket. Only the person named for the ticket can pick up the ticket at Will Call.
- Once reserved, changes can only be made by email to comps@landmarkmusicals.com .
- You will be asked to select the date from the seven possible performances for each ticket. Remember that you can NOT reserve more than two tickets for the second weekend. The system will not enforce this so please be aware of your own orders. We will double check each order to make sure it conforms and we will let you know if you have reserved your complimentary tickets incorrectly.
