Salad can be a quick, healthy and delicious main dish for the heat of summer. Sawako will show how to whip up some key Asian dressings and share her recipes for South-Asian fresh spring rolls with sweet and sour lime dressing; Japanese summer udon salad with vegan ponzu dressing; avocado radish salad with sesame goddess dressing, Asian chicken salad with temple soy sauce dressing.
Instructor: Sawako Ama
This is a combination hands on and demonstration style class. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.

Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
