Getting to Library Hall
The building is not on a road, but set back, so it's a little odd getting there.
You will find at the corner of State street and Madison Ave, a yellow Italian restaurant by the name of "Vivo"
the Library is located directly behind this restaurant to the west. It is a white building.
Park along the street (not in the oh so tempting "Vivo" parking lot)
The easiest way to get access to the library doors is by walking north through the alleyway.
When you walk up through the alley you will walk to the north side of the building and walk around the building to enter on the east side.
