Chicago's BROKEN NOSE THEATRE presents a one night only event: a special staged reading of BEAUTIFUL BROKEN, a new romantic dramedy by Holland native Benjamin Brownson.
Paul and Bridgette like each other. So do Matt and Julie. But it's never that simple, is it? There's the personal baggage, the crossed signals, the walls and defenses, and the ghosts of the past. Are some relationships just easier than others? And how do you know when you're falling in love with a person, or just the idea of them?
Set against the backdrop of Chicago's vibrant theatre scene, BEAUTIFUL BROKEN is a fresh and honest look at relationships, family, the obstacles we encounter when trying to connect with another person, and whether or not we can (or should) try fix what's broken.
