HAPPY! A singing fundraiser!

This evening promises to be a really happy event! We'll learn to sing three songs in harmony... Happy by Pharrell Williams, Happy Together by The Turtles and Shiny Happy People by R.E.M.!

This is not a spectator event, crowd participation is absolutely required! Attendees will be given lyrics on entry. No musical or singing experience is necessary! Instruction is relaxed, fun and easy to follow.

We're excited that it's Impromptu Rock Choir's first anniversary of singing in Kitsilano and we want to sing, celebrate and donate the proceeds to Music Heals Canada (who provide music therapy services). So come and feel good for two reasons!

There are 200 tickets available, so bring your friends and become an "impromptu" choir for the night for a great cause!

There's a cash only bar and bake sale too! (We'd welcome donations of cakes/cookies and other goodies!)

(If you want a head-start on learning some of the songs, we're singing Happy Together and Shiny Happy People at our drop-in choirs in East Van, Kitsilano and North Van during May. More info on the website www.impromptumusic.ca.)

Doors open at 7:30PM (singing/bar to 10.00pm)
The main hall at St. James Community Square, 3214 W 10th Ave, Kitsilano. 19+ event.
