Come celebrate and watch the 2008 Academy Awards at the Beach Theatre in Cape May. See awards given to the best selection of films in years. Join other film enthusiasts for drinks & great food.
The Film Festival and Beach Theatre plan to roll out the red carpet and have paparazzi on hand to snap photos of all the guests as they arrive. We always have fun with this program, says Tom Sims, Executive Director of the Cape May NJ State Film Festival. This is Hollywoods biggest night, and its our chance to show our appreciation of films and the filmmakers. We hope everyone who loves movies will join us.
The officially sanctioned Oscar telecast will be shown in high definition digital projection in Cinema One.
