The GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) Diet focuses on removing foods that are difficult to digest and replacing them with nutrient-dense foods. Many people interested in GAPS for healing can benefit from guidance in going through the stages and adjusting to whats allowed and whats not allowed. Lucia has experienced GAPS firsthand and will discuss the six stages, how to prepare yourself and your pantry, and demonstrate some of the foundation foods.
