Learn the basics of sausage making in this interactive workshop. We'll discuss the best cuts of meat to use; then we'll cut and grind meat and combine spices for three different sausages: chorizo, bratwurst-style and a chicken-pesto-fontina, stuffed into natural casings.

This is a hands-on class. Snacks will be served, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
