Summer is a time of incredible fresh produce, and a plant-based menu takes full advantage of the abundance. Our menu includes: refreshing potato salad with pickles and fresh dill; all-in-one barley salad with summer vegetables, olives and pickled tofu; crunchy coleslaw with raisins and almonds, and garbanzo bean salad with fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables.

This is a demonstration-style cooking class with a vegan menu. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe.

Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
