Chris Hay of Say Hay Farms is one of the Co-op's favorite local farmers! This special luncheon features a delicious menu prepared by Chef Ame Harrington, highlighting the produce and eggs from the farm.

Say Hay Farms is located in Esparto, Yolo County, California, specializing in raising certified-organic vegetables and pastured eggs in an integrated system.
Founded in 2010 with just 2.5 acres and 100 hens, Say Hay now farms a diversity of crops year-round. They currently farm 45 acres of certified-organic fields with a rotation of vegetable crops, pastured hens, and cover crops, 4 acres of old almond orchard, and an acre of oranges.
This is a luncheon and discussion with a local farmer.
