The Art of Fermentation with Laura Schue
Local fermenting aficionado, Laura Schue has degrees in biology and chemistry and a passion for connecting old wisdom with current practice. She cans like her grandmother did and now ferments like so many of our ancestors. Laura is interested in the science and details of how it all works and also the culture (nerd joke!), the health benefits, and the passing on of "slow" food practice to her children. She's a former teacher and current small business owner/nonprofit consultant.
