¿Qué es este taller?
Las posturas invertidas nos retan a muchos niveles: requieren de fuerza, estabilidad de centro y pérdida del miedo. A su vez, cuando se practican con conciencia y de forma segura presentan muchos beneficios para el cuerpo y la mente mejorando la circulación, estimulando el sistema linfático y concentrando la atención.
¿Qué aprenderás?
En este taller trabajaremos técnicas para entrar en posturas como adho mukha vrksasana (pino), pincha mayurasana (postura sobre antebrazos) y sirsasana (postura sobre la cabeza). A través de los ejercicios y secuencias que practicaremos entenderás las acciones necesarias para practicar posturas invertidas con seguridad y eficacia.
¿Para quién es?
Tanto si eres principiante o llevas años practicando, en este taller encontrarás técnicas y trucos que te servirán para seguir desarrollando tu práctica.
Las Profesoras:
Malwina y Carlota llevan años trabajando y practicando juntas y presentarán un taller dinámico, exigente y divertido para todos aquéllos que quieran llevar su práctica a otro nivel.

What is this workshop?
Inversions are poses that present all kinds of challenges: they require strengh, core stability and letting go of the fear of falling. At the same time, when practiced consciously and in a safe way they present a great deal of benefits for the body and the mind, improving blood flow to the brain, stimulating the lymphatic system and concentrating the attention.
What will you learn?
In this workshop we will work on different ways to get into poses like adho mukha vrksasana (handstand), pincha mayurasana (forearm balance) and sirsasana (headstand). Through the different exercises and sequences that we will practice you will understand the necessary actions to practice inversions in a safe and efficient way.
Who can attend?
Wether you are a beginner or have years of practice, you will find in this workshop techniques and tips that will serve you to keep developing your practice.
The teachers:
Malwina and Carlota have been working and practicing together for many years and will present a dynamic, challenging and fun workshop for those who want to take their practice to another level
