The Ariel String Quartet
Please be advised that you will have 15 minutes from the time you add your first tickets to your cart until you submit your credit card information. After 15 minutes your cart will time out, your tickets will be lost and you will need to begin your transaction over again.
At Tippet Rise, we take great pride in offering uniquely intimate concert settings for audiences of fewer than 150 people. To facilitate this vision and allow as many people as possible to experience music at Tippet Rise, each household is limited to 4 tickets per concert for up to a total of 6 concerts for the 2017 Season.
Formed in Israel sixteen years ago when its members were students, the Ariel String Quartet has played together ever since. Recently awarded the prestigious Cleveland Quartet Award, the ensemble serves as the Faculty Quartet-in-Residence at the University of Cincinnati's College-Conservatory of Music, where they direct the chamber music program and perform their own annual series of concerts a remarkable achievement for an ensemble so young. The Ariel String Quartet will perform Ludwig van Beethoven's String Quartet No.5 in A Major, Op. 18 and Johannes Brahms' String Quartet No.2 in A minor, Op. 51.
