The Rose Grew Here Productions is very proud to be kicking off our first season with the Award Winning Play, Candyland. The original piece by Harold Hodge with music and lyrics by Rob Milano, will be making it's world premier this December. Honored with the 1st Place Sarah Willis Award,Candylandis a story of lust, betrayal and a search for identity.Set in a dystopian future where everyone has been put in their proper place by an all-powerful Regime, Candyland serves as a cautionary tale of what a world without tolerance and acceptance can become.
