This highly interactive and popular weekend intensive helps you create a personal and powerful One-Person Show and explore your own Hero's Journey. For all levels of experience, beginner to professional, in a safe, encouraging and inspiring environment.
The process guides you to uncover your story and transform raw material from your life into compelling and entertaining theatre. You will walk away with pages of new writing, new character's and a plan on where to go from here. Feedback is given in class, along with a Workbook to guide you through the process.
Instructor Tracey Erin Smith, an award-winning solo performer, is the founder of SoulOTheatre, a program developed at Toronto's Ryerson University. Tracey has taught across North America and in Israel. Students have gone on to perform their shows around the world.
