Love Duets Concert
Soprano Elena Yakoubovsky and baritone Kiril Havezov will present a concert of the most beautiful duets and arias ever written. In the program will the duets of "La ci darem la mano..." from Mozart's Don Giovanni, the final scene from Tchaikovsky's Eugene Oneguin, Verdi's Trovatore, and the duet from the operetta Merry Widow by Lehar. Also, beloved arias from Borodin's Prince Igor, the Toreador's aria from Bizet's Carmen, Gioconda'a aria "Suicidio..." from Ponchielli's La Gioconda, Leonora's and Conte di Lunas' arias from Trovatore, Tatiana's letter scene from Tchaikovsky's Eugene Oneguin, among other favorites. Accompanied by the expert hand of pianist Timerzhan Erzhanov.
