Local/21A > Hops in Common Collab Beer Tasting and Common Lager Workshop
Local Brewing Co. & 21st Amendment collaborated to brew two beers using the same malt bill, hops and a special Common Lager yeast that can ferment at both cold and warmer temperatures. Local fermented at low temperatures to brew an IPL and 21A brewed the beer at higher temperatures to create a spicer, more fruity IPL. Come down and try these two beers and learn about the Common Lager yeast strain from the Founder & Brewmaster of Local and the Local and 21A Brewers! Both brews contained a base Pilsner/Pale malt, light Caramel malt, Chinook, Centennial and Nelson Sauvin hops.
