Jr Derby Saturday - Advanced Skills and Scrimmage

This session is for the scrimmage-ready junior league girls, girls who have mastered basic skating and derby skills and are comfortable with contact, pack play, and scrimmage. This class is comprised of 3 Saturdays (Dec 8, Dec 15, Dec 22) from 3-5pm. Girls will learn more about the rules and strategy of roller derby and will spend a lot of time scrimmaging and doing bout-scenario drills. This 3 week class can also be purchased in a combo package with the 3 Tuesday advanced skills class.

You must have your own skates, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, helmet, and mouthguard. In addition all skaters must purchase a $35 USARS membership. Basic skating and derby skills are required - you must be comfortable with contact prior to signing up for this session.

Junior derby winter Saturdays will be 3 weeks of classes on Saturday afternoons at our "Crashpad". You can sign-up here for the full course - the 3 week package is $65.

Please also note that we reserve the right to cancel this class with one week of notice in the case of insufficient interest. In the event of cancellation, skaters will be issued a refund.
