Unique Wine Dinner with Chef Jason Wilson of Crush

Foodies, Hear ye, Hear Ye!

Chef Jason Wilson of Crush is teaming up with Darby English of Darby Winery (small-lot, award winning boutique Washington winery) for a scrumptious meal never done before.

Both Jason and Darby will be sharing the meal with us, giving us the story behind the food and the wine. We are limiting this special dinner to 36 people, so snag your seat fast! Dinner will be made and held in a very cool converted warehouse in South Lake Union that was designed just for the occasion. We will also be treated to delicious specialty wines produced in small lots - and Darby might bring an additional surprise!

We have partnered with Caffe Ladro Roasting to provide a one of a kind gourmet coffee specially made for this event. Chemex brewers will showcase this coffee's smooth clean cocoa flavors - great finishing touch to what promises to be a spectacular evening. Caffe Ladro will also have samples of this limited release coffee available for you to take home.

Project V is providing some local Washington wheat as well. Of course, now it is vodka. Just to whet your appetites.

The suggested price for this 5-course, wine-paired meal is $125 (which is inclusive of tips and taxes and anything else you may want to throw at these talented artisans!). This is most definitely a first come, first served deal and will not be duplicated again.

I know I personally cannot wait for this special night and am excited to have you join us.
