This Saturday Night: The Loft Session w/ Son of Town Hall and Casey Harper
Join us for an incredibly intimate evening of music in a super cool Cabbagetown loft. If you've never been to a loft or living room show, they're our favorite way to present and appreciate music. No fancy lighting or sound effects. No dry ice machines. Just the artists and their art.
And this show on Saturday November 19th, couldn't be more special. Help us welcome back cult songwriter, author, former Atlanta resident and ATL-Collective co-founder David Berkeley as he returns to town with his phenomenal new duo Son of Town Hall featuring London's own Ben Parker. The harmonies are exquisite, and the presentation is hilarious. It's a bit Gillian and David, a bit Paul and Art, and a bit of theater.
The great Casey Harper will open the show.
Son of Town Hall will have a public show at Eddie's Attic the next night, but this is a chance to have them up close and personal all to ourselves.
"As Son of Town Hall, Santa Fes David Berkeley and Londons Ben Parker present themselves as a duo born of the high seas, where they traveled together on a raft, crafting harmonies and writing songs about wonder and woe. Their sound is light and plucky, purposely timeless yet anachronistic, a sort of aural steampunk" Santa Fe New Mexican
