Romantic Dinners for 2 - Katherine's Culinary Experiences
Bring your better half and find out how fun it is to flirt your way through a sensual meal, cooking side by side and enjoying the fruit of your labor together. We promise you'll leave with new ways to spend time together and enhance the ho-hum of everyday meals.
The evening's menu will begin with a Heart of Palm and Asparagus Salad with citrus vinaigrette and Shrimp Scampi with Angel Hair Pasta, but save yourself for the entree - Delicate Lamb Chops with lamb demi-glace, Potatoes Anna, Spinach Stuffed Plum Tomatoes and Sugar Snap Peas. Finish the night with some Champagne and a Chocolate Dipped Strawberry or two.
Know some newlyweds who could improve their cooking skills? How about friends celebrating their 25th anniversary? A gift certificate for two makes a great gift!
Our goal is to make these fun and valuable - a great thing to do with friends or a nice way to meet some new people.

Chef Todd Stapnowski has been leading the Katherine's kitchen production team since 2001. Chef Todd graduated from the Oakland Community College Culinary Arts Program, and has been honored with several awards. They include a bronze medal from the American Culinary Federation for his outstanding hors d'oeuvre presentation. He won a Gold Medal in the Sysco chef 'cook off', and he was also honored by the American Culinary Federation at the Plymouth Ice Carving Show with both Silver and Gold Medals.
Prior to his teaming with Katherine's, Chef Todd brought his amazing talent to Main Street Ventures, The Detroit Athletic Club, Washtenaw Country Club and the Gandy Dancer. He is thrilled to be teaching these Culinary Experiences, and continues to educate himself and his amazing team of culinary professionals.
Classes begin in January 2008 and will be held Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 6-8PM.
