Fresh fruits and vegetables abound everywhere; summer is here with it's colorful offerings and fragrant fruits that fill the air in the open markets. Chef Lilly channels her Parisian heritage by teaching us how to capture the fresh tastes of Summer in delicious deserts. First up - Syllabub, a once very popular British dessert made with fresh raspberries and a hint of rose water and sherry. The peach cake marries a buttery cake with fresh summer peaches, delivering a concentrated peach flavor with a light glaze that tastes as good as it looks. Finally a Sour Cherry Cobbler highlights the sweet tart taste of cherries, while the feather light biscuit crust on top gives this classic dessert a whole new taste. Price: $65
