A light and airy soufflé makes a special dish for the holidays or any timeand its not as difficult to master as you might think. Chef Ame shares her secrets for creating perfect soufflés: Gruyère and cauliflower gratin soufflé; goat cheese, leek and thyme soufflé, and molten chocolate soufflé.
Instructor: Ame Harrington
This is a hands-on class with a vegetarian menu. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
