Kerala is a state in south-western India known for its lush green coconut trees. Shankari will take you on a culinary journey of Kerala through some traditional home recipes. We'll make yellow split pea fritters; basmati rice and onions slowly sautéed in ghee; coconut fish curry, and theeyala rich coconut vegetable curry. A dessert of tapioca kheer rounds out this menu.

Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
