The Caribbean is a fusion of many cultures, of which can be seen throughout the cuisine from this part of the world. If you like your plants well seasoned with just right amount of herbs and spices then this is the pop up for you! Where everyday foods are transformed into Caribbean delights, designed to delight your taste buds and senses.
Sharon Gardner - Naturopathic Nutritionist, has created a menu that is not just healthy, but also tasty! Plant-based nutrition is her passion! Nick-named the 'Sneaky Snacks' specialists, Sharon believes that nutritious food is one way of ensuring that everyone gets a regular dose of well-being into their life.
Where possible, organic and local produce are used. All the food is hand prepared and homemade with a big dose of love!
Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.

Welcome drink - home brewed ginger ale
Starters - red bean coconut soup with spinners, sweet potatoes and yams served with home made Caribbean bread (fermented) and chickpea crackers (gluten free option).
Main course - naked jerk black eye pea burger served on a bed of crisp leaves, with a side of seasoned cassava fries, red cabbage slaw, balsamic red onions and spicy tomato relish.
Dessert - coconut and mango ice cream with crystallised ginger oat short bread biscuits.
Sparkling sorrel drink - served throughout the evening.
