SPINDLE CITY - THE LIZZIE BORDEN MUSICAL
In August 1892, Lizzie Borden was accused of one of the most horrific crimes in early American history -- the gruesome ax murders of her father Andrew and stepmother Abby.

Lizzie Borden was born and raised in Fall River, Mass., which came to be known as Spindle City. It was home to the largest textile mills in the country. Millworkers flocked from all parts of the world seeking a better life.

"Spindle City: The Lizzie Borden Musical" weaves a tale of despair and desperation, as the mill workers' dreams turn into nightmares.

Across town, the wealthy but deeply unhappy Borden family conceal shocking and dark secrets that come to light as Lizzie goes on trial for the ax murders.

The intersecting lives of the Borden family and the mill workers of Spindle City provide the audience with an unexpected, shocking, funny and horrifying evening of entertainment.
