The old adage "sharing is caring" is as true as ever, and it's taken on some real-world applications in the 21st century - like the "sharing economy." The sharing economy isn't just a fad; it's a tangible way to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, reduce individual resource consumption and build community. It's "crowd-based capitalism," it breaks down traditional economic hierarchies, it's high-impact and filled with opportunity - and it's alive and well in Denver, in so many ways. Please join us November 10th from 12 to 1pm where we will hear from eGo CarShare marketing manager Will Shepherd, Denver City Councilwoman Mary Beth Susman, and representatives from the the Denver Tool Library about the benefits of a sharing economy.
Lunch provided by Serendipity Catering.
