STRONG by ZUMBA master class with Renee Pickett
Experience 60 minutes of STRONG by Zumba! It combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster.
Renee visits the Big Easy to share the program with us. Open to the public.
Pre-purchase your ticket online, as it will be a limited capacity event and online sales will end a week before the event. At the door spots will be announced August 5th and go on a first-come basis.
Studio doors open 20 minutes before class. No late entry.
