Le Rendez-vous "Danses"
Par des influences diverses, les trois chorégraphes proposent des solos uniques pour la première fois réunis sur une même scène. Inspirée de la danse contemporaine et traditionnelle africaine de l'ouest, Lua Shayenne revisite les sujets d'actualité dans le but de favoriser les échanges interculturels. Sylvie Bouchard aime conjuguer la danse et le théâtre pour imaginer des projets éloquents et poétiques. Kala Seraphin, aujourdhui basée à Kingston, explore les styles entre hip-hop, belly-dance et bollywood.

A unique dance program has been devised for the occasion. The three artists will present performances that lie at the intersection of contemporary and African dance (Lua Shayenne), contemporary dance and theatre (Sylvie Bouchard) as well as hip-hop, belly-dance and Bollywood dance (Kala Seraphin).
