Gnocchi are delectable little Italian dumplings. In this hands-on class, Lucia will teach you how to craft light and fluffy gnocchi by hand, and top them with a variety of delicious sauces. We'll make a classic potato gnocchi; polenta gnocchi with tomato cream sauce; spinach gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce, and ricotta gnocchi with olive oil and herbs.
