Dinner in the Vineyard
5th Annual Dinner in the Vineyard Saturday, August 18th 2012
You are invited to join us for a relaxing evening of great food and wine in the vineyard at the foot of the West Elk mountain range. The afternoon starts with barrel tastings with the winemaker, in-depth tours of the vineyard and demonstrations of the winemaking process. As the day cools, an extraordinary 12-course dinner, including hors d'oeuvres, appetizers, three entree courses and dessert, carefully selected by Chef Jardon, begins.
The menu highlights ingredients from local producers, emphasizes the art of food and wine pairing, and features the Stone Cottage Cellars 2011 vintages of Dry Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay, Syrah, and 2009 vintages of Merlot and Pinot Noir. Following dinner, relax as the stars come out during our Concert at the Cellar. The 2010 Alpine Dessert Wine is paired with Chef Jardon's Dessert. $150 per person. Credit card confirmation and 2 week cancellation notice is required. Seating limited to 75. Please make lodging reservations early.
