5/29, 6/26, 7/31--3-PART SERIES The Workshop Presents: A Walk Through the Pickle Shop
Stuart and Nicole are excited to welcome dear friends and pickle masters Kevin Farley and Alex Hozven from Cultured Pickle Shop for an intimate, collaborative series of 'dinners-meet-discussions.'
Each Sunday evening in this three-part series will highlight a unique style of fermentation: Kasuzuke: Sake Lees 5/29 @ 5:30 Brines: Cooking 6/26 @ 5:30 Pickles: Condiments 7/31 @ 5:30
Expect an engaging, informal conversation and tasting, followed by mingling and then a casual,family-style dinner. We will serve three courses highlighting the techniques discussed as well as some fermented beverages (sake, beer, kombucha). A ticket for all three dinners in the series is priced at $270, all-inclusive.
