The League of Partygoers & Elegant People Preview Tasting
We're giving our esteemed League members a chance to get a taste of our latest batch of bourbon barrel-aged Monsters' Park before the League sale on 5/19, complete with a guided tasting of each beer and a Q&A session. We are head-over-heels in love with this lineup, and can't wait to share it with you.
Your $10 ticket includes a guided tasting featuring a 4oz pour of each of the following:
MONSTERS' PARK AGED IN BOURBON BARRELS
This is our hulking, cantankerous stout, aged in fragrant, oaky bourbon barrels. The barrel character is immediately evident on the nose and only grows more intense in the flavor. Notes of vanilla, caramel, and molasses meld with the huge roast character of Monsters' Park to create a veritable superhero of flavors (like earth, fire, wind, water, and heart even).
MONSTERS' PARK AGED IN BOURBON BARRELS WITH COFFEE
Big, thunderous notes of coffee, oak, & bourbon add a crazy dimension to this sledgehammer of sabor, combining with the massive roastiness of Monsters' Park to create a wildly complex and delicious beer.
MONSTERS' PARK AGED IN BOURBON BARRELS WITH COCONUT AND COCOA NIBS
Coconut and chocolate team up with decadent notes of bourbon and roasty malt radness, adding layers of delicious complexity that explode across the palate, continuing to evolve through a long, beautiful finish.
The tasting will be at the Lomaland Fermentorium on 5/17, with doors at 5:30PM, presentation at 6PM, and tasting/chilling until 8PM. MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR LEAGUE CREDENTIALS.
The League bottle sale for these beers will begin the following Thursday at 10am, and we'll send you an email with details/links/password that morning. See you on the 17th!
