Join world-class chef and restaurateur Eric Ripert for an intimate, seasonal spring dinner celebrating his new memoir 32 YOLKS. In partnership with Buck's Fishing & Camping and FRESHFARM Markets, renowned local chefs will serve a luxurious five-course meal paired with fine wines using fresh, local ingredients from farmers, purveyors and artisans who will be in attendance to talk about their work. The once-in-a-lifetime meal will be inspired by the bountiful south of France countryside where Ripert spent his youth and the culinary traditions that made him the world-class chef he is today.
