Weekend of Wine Immersion
The Weekend of Wine One Day class is a Wine Immersion weekend for Wine lovers who want to share an experience with like minded consumers who want to know more about the wine they love and share with family and friends.
Grab your best friend, significant other or both and polish up on your knowledge about grapes and the wines that make a country unique and why does the location matter to the average Oenophile.
We will cover every major Old World and New World country as well as a few you may be curious about, and define what that all means. We will present a fun and enjoyable way to compare and contrast the wines from a dozen or more countries and share an enjoyable journey for a weekend without a 2 month commitment to go "back to school"!
This wine immersion weekends is for amateurs as well as those who "know" everything about wine but want to taste with others for fun. There is always something to discover and we would love to discover it with you.
4/15 6-8pm Intro to Wine, 5S tasting method, Group discussion on background and experiences with a Wine Social.
4/16 10am-745pm Continuation of the Intro to wine and utilization of the Compare and Contrast method of tasting wines using the 5 Senses and sharing that discovery with the group. The weekend utilizes fun interactive tools via audio/visual as well as lecture, handouts and class notes culminating in a cumulative oral exam and social hour.
The class is hosted by Urban Eats cafe and food is available as well as a semi-private space for our class. The weekend is jam packed and equivalent to 8 individual journeys around the world of wine so punctuality and professionalism are expected and appreciated.

How much for this amazing experience? $250/person for over $500 of wine and wine education for 11 "credit hours" of enjoying wine, discussions and sharing the journey for a lifetime of wine appreciation.
