Learn to create your own tasty calzones filled with cheese, meats, vegetables and other treasures. Lucia will lead us first in preparing the dough from scratch, then well make a variety of calzones: one stuffed with mushrooms and spinach; a fresh mozzarella, Italian sausage and roasted pepper calzone, and an Italian meatball calzone.
