Pies are a blank canvas for delicious summer fruit and your own creative expression. Learn to make and roll out dough for beautiful double-crust pies. We'll cover all the pie basics and then practice decorating to make a piece of edible art. Each student will create his or her own classic full-sized fruit pie.
