A healthy brain leads to a healthy body and a healthy life. We'll discuss the benefits of certain food choices and how they affect the brain. Well also prepare a brain-supporting menu: spice-rubbed halibut tacos with avocado salsa and rainbow vegetable slaw; lemon mustard salmon salad lettuce cups; spring asparagus soup; radish salad with Parmesan and basil, and rhubarb-strawberry almond cake.
