In this class, Chef Ame shares her secrets for great sauces, and empowers you to create your own: chermoula with seared seasonal fish; mornay sauce with mini ham and cheese sandwiches; tahini yogurt sauce with roasted vegetables, and two cashew sauces - queso cashew and ranch cashew.
