Youth take on and manage every aspect of the Café: marketing, accounting, fundraising, cooking, and hosting. Local business owners and elders of the Treehouse Community offer their expertise and mentor youth in entrepreneurial skills. To date, the TreeCat Café has hosted three successful performances with close to 100 people in attendance for each event. Tapas-style food prepared by the youth is served. According to attendees at the last performance, The sweet potato ravioli was the best I have ever had. The ravioli just melted in your mouth.
