GWC Staten Island Indoor Group Bike Ride
Join us!!
In honor of Heart Month we are partnering with several YMCAs throughout the boroughs to encourage those who do not know how to ride a bike (yet), who are not ready for on street cycling, or who prefer the warmth over the cold to come out and ride with us on stationary bikes indoors!
Please invite your mothers, daughters, brothers, dads, friends and co-workders to our open event.
Help raise cardiovascular disease awareness for women and strengthen your heart!!
