In October 1998, gay university student Matthew Shepard was kidnapped, severely beaten and left to die in Laramie, Wyoming. This is a story of hope, fear and courage. This is a true story.
The play draws on hundreds of interviews conducted with inhabitants of the town, journal entries, and published news reports. It is divided into three acts, and eight actors portray more than sixty characters in a series of short scenes.
Running time: 90 minutes (no intermission)

Waiting for the Parade By John Murrell Directed by Thrasso Petras Studio Theatre March 11-18, 2016
In Calgary during the Second World War, five women gather to work for the war effort while men they love are away. Waiting for the Parade is a drama in 24 scenes that explores war not on the battlefield, but through the eyes of the women left at home.
Running time: 124 minutes, including 15 minute intermission
