Scottish RIte Theater and Lucy the Poodle Present: It's A Small World
A unique cultural celebration will bring the sights, sounds and tastes of cultures from around the world to the local Austin community. Promoting community through cultural exploration and creation will prove that it is, in fact, a small world after all!
The Queen of African Desert Blues Khaira Arby and her band from Mali and Austin's only elementary aged Mariachi group will be providing worldly sounds. In addition, Austin Dance India will present a special performance. This cultural experience will also include arts and crafts, African mask making, percussion creation, food, dancing, and fun for all ages!
