About TWAIN TWAIN is a hip-hop recording artist from Chicago, by way of Minneapolis. Recording and performing for over a decade, he relocated to the Twin Cities in the early 2000s and began pursuit of this art form that he loves and contributing to the hip-hop culture and beyond. He has released a slew of underground mixtapes and albums that display his style: a hodge podge of trunk rattling rap bangers, songs with introspective emotion, and purist hip-hop records, all with the Midwest flavor as the cherry on top. In 2014, he released his EP The Cost of Living (Ill County) & its acclaimed documentary. Some of his live performances to date include the Minnesota Music Café, the historic Capri Theater, and the Fine Line Music Café. A Twin Cities Hip Hop Award nominee & 96.3 B96 Homegrown Featured Artist, TWAIN released his new EP, THE GIFT OF DISCOVERY on March 11, 2016. http://reverbnation.com/twainonline
About Jay Jeminii Growing up in a family where the interest in music was borderline obsessive, it's no wonder this director, arranger, and writer has amassed an impressive CV in his young life. As the lead vocalist of his choir (ahem-- at eight years old), he has worked with several churches in the Twin Cities.
Setting his sights on a solo career, Jay Jeminii dabbled in R&B, Pop, Hip-Hop and Rock, eventually fronting the Twin Cities band Audio Element. Currently, Jay has been utilizing his musicality and production skills while in residence as a Syrka Entertainment producer, arranger, and singer/songwriter. http://soundcloud.com/jermarjames
