Taste of Japan by Chef Hama
Ladies and gentlemen. Mark your calendar and save the date! HIRO will be hosting once again Taste Of Japan Pop Up Dinner which will be masterfully presented by Naomi Hamamura ( a.k.a Chef Hama San ).
The pop up dinner will consist of 6 courses that range from duck prosciutto, to conch, to Japanese cold smoked lamb, pork belly, to extravagant select cuts of kobe beef from Japan. Also to mention, each course will be paired with specially selected wine, sake and champagne. Seating is limited.
