Our presenter is Jeff Hunt, Principal and Senior Consultant for GoalSpan Performance Solutions, based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Jeff will share the same winning principles for moving ourselves and our clients from strategy to execution that have made him and his clients highly successful. He will emphasize...1) Strategic Planning Best Practices; 2) Goal Achievement (Why some people and organizations achieve goals and others don't); 3) Gap Analysis (Bridging the gap between where we are and where we want to be); and 4) Revealing Key Business Blindspots (Identifying and Overcoming)."
Hunt provides executive-level management consulting services to both small and medium size organizations. In addition, he oversees day to day operations of the company's Software as a Service (SaaS) technology business. He founded GoalSpan in 2007.
Hunt brings a wealth of hands-on executive experience and consulting knowledge to GoalSpan from a successful 23-year career. He has run both private and public corporations and has consulted for the past ten years. As President and CEO of a distribution company, Hunt ran this business for several years after it was acquired by a Fortune 250. Hunt's select accomplishments include: Successful strategic planning consulting for dozens of clients resulting in double digit profitable revenue growth; Completed multiple mergers and acquisitions; Assisted client with international expansion strategy resulting in 80% growth over 3-years; Achieved 28 client implementations for GoalSpan within three years of startup.
Hunt graduated with a bachelor's of science degree in business management from the Oregon State University in 1988. He is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) through IMC's ISO9001 accredited program. Hunt has been a regular speaker to multiple associations, most notably Vistage International, the world's largest CEO member-organization.
Our monthly meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month, begin with breakfast at 7:15am and end promptly at 9:30am. Meetings include a guest speaker, roundtable discussion and structured networking.
$20.00 for Members; $25.00 General Admission in advance; $35.00 at door (space permitting)
